About Us

We are dedicated and passionate about empowering individuals through self-defense and combatives training.

Benji Bickers is the head instructor, having over 11 years of experience and his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu , along with many years of training in numerous other martial arts such as: Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Judo, MCMAP (Marine Corps Martial Arts Program), weapons training, and a little experience in several other martial art styles. Benji is also a United States Marine, where he has had extensive training on firearms as well.

Our services include private lessons, self-defense seminars, combatives classes, and women's self-defense seminars.

Our Services

For our women self-defense seminars, Benji's wife, Abbey, who also has her blue belt in BJJ assists him in teaching the seminars, and is the one who works with the students so that they have an experienced female instructor to work with.
